My YouTube video has been devoted to providing reviews of the video game.I show Gear of war gameplay Reviews, video game walkthrough, and gameplay commentaries. Since this is a review and walkthrough with my commentary it is protected under the fair use law because it is for critical and educational purposes. What I upload is completely fair use and does not violate any of YouTube's Policies or Terms of service. This means I can use this gameplay footage as long as I provide commentary that is somewhat educational or instructional without the copyright owners consent.
